Hokkaido Exploration-Lake Toya June 2014 Part 1

On the way to Lake Toya. we decided to visit Jozankei Hoheikyo Dam

As our car was not allowed to drive in and instead of waiting to take the hybrid electric bus, we took a morning walk  :)

It's quite a long walk, for those with young children or senior folks, take the bus

Along the way we couldn't locate any restaurant except this food vendor whereby after paying at the machine then you can collect your food from the stall.

Stopped by Lake Hill Farm for more ice-cream  :P

My sis decided to buy a second serving

The goat also want ice-cream?

Finally we reached Lake Toya!

Our room in Sansui Hotel

Checked in at around 4 pm and headed for the onsen immediately.  It was consider still early and basically we have the whole onsen to ourselves  :)

Dinner time! Inside the hotel room, how cool is that ???

After clearing the tables, the hotel staff laid the futon for us. It looks so comfy but we were more interested to watch the fireworks at the lake which take place every night in the summer  :)))

One more ice-cream for the day

After the fireworks ended, we went to the nearby 7-eleven to get our own fireworks to play  :)
