USA 2015 PART 1

Day 1 in USA

Checked in at Changi Airport and had burger king for dinner before our flight was due.

Breakfast!

Lunch!

Dinner! All 3 meals we were provided because the flight took 23 hours. It was so exhausting but I managed to watch quite a few movies hahaha

Arrival at JFK airport! We proceeded to take an air train to Hertz to collect our rental car.

It was freezing, 3⁰ and we bundled ourselves up before heading out of the airport. But the cold was still shocking OTL

After collected our rental vehicle, we immediately head to our accommodation near Hershey Park and managed to capture some nice sights along the way :)

Stopped by Burger King to get some food

Checking in at Best Western after more than 3 hours drive!!

Unload our luggage and dressed ourselves up before heading to Hershey's Chocolate Park as it was rather chilling

Hershey’s Chocolate Park!!! There was even a free chocolate tour and we got to see how Hershey’s chocolate was made :D

Was really sleepy initially even though it was only 6pm USA time due to the time difference but after getting a dark chocolate peanut butter milkshake, I was instantly awake. It was really sweet and really delicious.

After the tour, we decided to check out a nearby Walmart and bought some food for dinner cheese pizza:p

Day 2 in USA

Woke up really early at 6.30 am and went for our breakfast.

Breakfast was good!!

Went outside for a little while and nearly became an icicle. I could even breathe out smoke

Our rental car!!

Checked out and made our way down to Petersburg

Stopped at the Potomac festival and had Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch

Wrap, fries and buffalo wings!!

By the time we reached Petersburg, it was already 4 pm.

Checked in at Hampton Inn and warmed ourselves up with hot chocolate at the lobby

Went out and roamed around when my sis came across this random tree with flowers

We did some shopping again and got ice cream from the super mart despite the cold weather. We will be shopping a lot on this trip <3

Day 3 in USA

Woke up at 6.30 am again and went for our breakfast as we wanted to set out early.

Checked out of Hampton Inn, dad's already in the festive mood lol

Stopped at noon to top up our petrol and got a bottle of fuze tea. Became addicted to ice tea from that first sip onwards lol

Did some sightseeing along the way :)

Finally reached Summerville, South Carolina

From one Hampton Inn to another Hampton Inn haha

Free yummy cookies provided by the hotel!!

Dinner at Philly's which was well known

Yummy cheesesteaks!! we got one beef and one chicken <3

Went shopping at Walmart again haha

Day 4 in USA

Had breakfast 10 minutes earlier today at 6.20 am LOL

Waffles again!!

Checked out at 8 am and headed for Orlando

Got some food at KFC for lunch

My bucket of popcorn chicken and wedges!

Reached Orlando after hours of driving!!

Spent some time driving around and went to the official visitor center to purchase tickets for Universal Studios as we do no want to waste time waiting in the queue.
