Day 4 in Taiwan
Lol it was a big surprise for my mum when she wanted to pay for the tray of 釋迦 we had chosen but was told it was free for us!

Visited a Winery enroute
It's the season for 釋迦 (Custard Apple) in Taiwan but not easily found in Singapore. It looks like Soursop at first sight but tastes totally different
We learned from the young lady of this 釋迦 farm that there are 2 types of 釋迦!
We even got to sample both 釋迦 and 鳳梨釋迦, the latter being sweeter!!

Finally reached our hotel in Taitung!
After checking in, we proceeded to Taitung night market for our dinner ;P
Day 5 in Taiwan
After breakfast, we continued our journey to Kaohsiung...
By the time we reached Din Tai Fung in Kaohsiung it was lunch time alr ;P
Did some shopping after lunch before proceeding to our hotel
Spending both x'mas eve and x'mas nights in this hotel...
...with long bath and massage shower massage panel ;P
There is also free flow of desserts and beverages for the guests ;P

As it was getting dark, we headed to the night market for our dinner cum supper
Ruifeng Night Market (瑞豐夜市)
Dad tried some pig's blood tofu
Milk tea toast~
Back to the hotel and we had a second round of supper :x
some fruits for digestion ;p
Day 6 in Taiwan
Milo!!!!
Headed to Cijin Island (旗津島) after breakfast

Stayed for only a short while in Cijin Island before heading to Fo Guang Shan (佛光山)
Trying our luck with some coins but our aims weren't good enough lol
